Master João Alberto Barreto was a close associate and top student of Carlos and Helio Gracie. He became one of the early instructors at the original Gracie Academy.
He has since become an authority on sports psychology and has even published a couple books on the subject. He is the older brother of Grandmaster Alvaro Barreto, and the original instructor of Flavio Behring, whom he promoted to 9th Degree Red Belt in 2006.
Seminar will be open to EVERYBODY, and held at the Las Vegas High School Gymnasyum.

The Tournament Will Be in Double Elimination Format!
This is the only International Caliber Jiu Jitsu tournament where competitors can participate for fewer than eighty dollars.
Come join us and test your skills among the best in the sport.
The tournament is open to everybody, but USAJJ members have preference on the pre-registration and receive a considerable discount on their entry fee.
USA Jiu-Jitsu has established a great insurance agreement with major insurance carriers for martial arts schools that provide needed coverage and incredibly reasonable rates.
Member schools can obtain the insurance for $450.00 per year.
Additionally, USA Jiu-Jitsu Individual Members get $25,000.00 of accident medical coverage for the cost of the individual membership.
